My approaches includes collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to facilitate co-creation workshops, ensuring our concepts were aligned. Sometimes I need to leverage various research methods like user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing. Additionally, I took pride in creating and maintaining a local design system, which had a direct influence on design outputs for 6 designers and at least 20 business lines.
